Elizabeth lives inside the Hotel Bristol, the 1912 Savamala landmark brought back to life. Chefs Miloš Savić and Miloš Janković run an international menu, and the Elizabeth Signature Bar pours cocktails developed with mixologist Bruno Vanzan. It is only open Thursday to Saturday evenings, which tells you how seriously they take it. Book ahead.
