How we look after your data

What we collect

If you create an account: your name, email and the travel preferences you choose to share. If you buy something: the order details. Card numbers go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.

We also count page views and searches in aggregate so we know which guides people actually read.

What we do with it

We use your data to run your account, deliver what you bought, answer concierge requests and, if you subscribed, send the newsletter. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers.

AI features

When you use the trip planner or Ask a local, your question is sent to an AI model to generate an answer. We do not use your messages to train models.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, delete saved plans and unsubscribe from emails at any time. To delete your account entirely, write to us from the contact page and we will do it within 30 days.
